We help clients look and feel their best through innovative technology and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients professionally and warmly
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using clinic software
• Educate clients on treatments, service packages, and retail skincare products
• Drive revenue through upselling and cross-promoting services
• Process payments and invoices, and maintain accurate client records
• Maintain an organized, presentable front desk and lobby
• Coordinate pre- and post-treatment client support alongside providers
• Support clinic events, promotions, and special client experiences
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards
• Represent the clinic's standards of service at all times Growth Opportunities

• Cross-train with clinical and treatment support teams

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, sales, or front desk role required
• Front desk experience: 1 year required; spa experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing, promotions, and service recommendations
• Proficient with computers and scheduling software
• Professional presence with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in wellness, skincare, or aesthetics is a plus
