The Tile Empire is seeking a dynamic and proactive Projects Bidding and Online Presence Specialist to elevate our company's visibility and secure new business opportunities through strategic project bidding and robust online engagement. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in sales, marketing, and business development to identify promising projects, craft compelling bids, and enhance our digital footprint across various platforms. Duties

• Lead the identification and qualification of new project opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach efforts.
• Develop comprehensive bid proposals that highlight our strengths, technical capabilities, and value propositions aligned with client needs.
• Manage the end-to-end bidding process, including preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of proposals.
• Enhance online presence by managing company profiles on industry-specific platforms, social media channels, and professional networks to attract potential clients.
• Implement targeted marketing campaigns to showcase project successes, company expertise, and industry thought leadership.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales pipeline data for continuous improvement.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business development opportunities within B2B sales environments.
• Engage in direct sales efforts including cold calling prospective clients and conducting product demos or presentations to secure new contracts.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients through account management strategies, upselling opportunities, and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with management on territory management plans to optimize outreach efforts across different regions or sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or project bidding within a B2B environment SPECIFICALLY IN THE FLOORING INDUSTRY!
• Strong understanding of sales management principles including negotiation techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, lead generation activities, and client negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop compelling bid proposals that win projects in competitive markets.
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies including social media management, content creation, and digital branding.
