Schedule: Weekly We are hiring sales closers this week. If you can close, we want to talk to you today. Debt Collectors International is a commercial debt collection agency. We help businesses recover money they're owed, and we work on a no-recovery, no-fee basis, meaning our value proposition practically sells itself. We have inbound leads coming in right now that need to be worked. We need closers who can pick up the phone, build rapport fast, and get business owners to say yes. This is not an entry-level role. This is not a training position. This is for people who have closed before, know what they're doing on the phone, and want to build serious income doing it. Top performers here earn $100,000+ annually. That number is real and it is available to you. WHAT THE JOB IS

• Work inbound leads from business owners who responded to our ads these are warm, they came to us
• Make outbound calls to qualify prospects and close new accounts
• Grow your existing client book month over month
• 100250 dials per day, 4+ hours of talk time this is a phone job, full stop
• Log everything in CRM same day no exceptions
• Participate in daily coaching, role-plays, and team strategy WHO THIS IS FOR You have closed on the phone before. B2B experience is a strong plus. You know how to handle objections, build urgency, and get a decision on the call. You don't need hand-holding and you don't make excuses. You show up, you dial, and you close.
