Full description of the position

We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to support our in-store telecommunications sales team. In this role, you will represent wireless products and services, including mobile devices, phone plans, and internet solutions. This is a customer-facing position within a retail environment where you will assist walk-in customers, present product options, and complete sales transactions. Your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service while helping customers find solutions that meet their needs. What You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day

Responsibilities

)

• Greet and assist customers inside the retail store
• Initiate conversations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Present and explain wireless plans, mobile devices, and internet options
• Process new activations, upgrades, and account changes
• Upsell and bundle services (devices, accessories, and service plans)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly sales floor
• Track daily sales activity and customer interactions using company systems
• Participate in team meetings, product training, and performance reviews
• Stay informed on current promotions, product updates, and competitor offerings What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Interest in growth into leadership or management roles
• Bilingual candidates are a plus

Compensation

& Growth

• Guaranteed pay with commissions earnings (average $3,000$6,000 per month)
• Paid weekly as a W-2 employee
