Mobility Sales Representative Location: Basil Mobility 5111 Transit Road, Depew, NY 14043

Compensation

: $60,000-$100,000k+ Schedule: Mon thru Fri 9-5 (Sat by appt only) Basil Mobility is looking for a compassionate, motivated, and customer- focused Mobility Sales Representative to help individuals and families find mobility solutions that improve independence and quality of life. This role involves working directly with customers to recommend and sell wheelchair-accessible vehicles, mobility equipment, and related services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

:

• Assist customers in identifying mobility needs and recommending appropriate vehicle and equipment solutions
• Demonstrate wheelchair-accessible vehicles and mobility products
• Foster long-term relationships with customers, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and community organizations
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer appointments in a timely manner
• Maintain knowledge of mobility products, adaptive equipment, and financing options
• Coordinate with service, upfit, and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
• Attend community events, expos, and outreach opportunities as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems
• Meet individual and team sales goals What We're Looking For:
• Previous sales experience required
• Automotive or mobility industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to build trust and maintain professionalism with customers and families
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
