Overview

Flexlume Sign Company is looking for a dependable and organized Sales Assistant to provide direct support to the Sales Manager. This position will assist with customer communication, quotes, follow-up, scheduling, documentation, and other sales-related tasks. The right person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and communicating professionally with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and sales support to the Sales Manager
• Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations, and other sales documents
• Follow up with customers regarding open quotes and missing project information
• Schedule meetings, surveys, and customer calls
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in Salesforce
• Organize drawings, permits, surveys, and project documentation
• Coordinate information between the Sales Manager, estimating, project management, and customers
• Research prospective customers and assist with lead generation
• Prepare basic sales reports and track follow-up items
• Help keep the Sales Manager's schedule, projects, and sales activities organized

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is helpful but not required
• Previous administrative, customer service, or sales support experience is preferred
• Interest in learning the sales process and commercial signage industry Growth Opportunity This position has the potential to grow into a full-time sales role. As the Sales Assistant gains experience, learns the business, and demonstrates strong performance, there may be opportunities to take on customers, develop new accounts, and transition into an inside or outside sales position.
