About the job Trade Marketing Representative The Trade Marketing Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by executing tailored sales and merchandising programs across retail accounts within a defined territory. This role combines field-based account management, strategic planning, and in-store execution, including product placement, promotional activity, and retailer engagement. It includes activities such as analyzing sales data, managing stock and orders, negotiating sell-out agreements, and monitoring market trends.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Plan and prioritize store visits using sales data and customer importance.
• Execute marketing programs, negotiate volume agreements, and ensure product placement aligns with planograms.
• Provide strategic insights, track competitor activity, and guide retailers on tobacco category management.
• Maintain merchandising standards and support with inventory management when needed.
• Record and evaluate performance using internal tools like Synergy

Qualifications

:

• College Graduates are welcome
• A minimum of a High School Diploma is required, with further education or experience in CPG sales (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid commercial understanding
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong selling skills, with a focus on the Double Win approach
• Knowledge of Synergy (reporting & data)
