Responsibilities

:

• Learn to connect with businesses in-person to build relationships with them, understand their service needs and open new accounts for them
• Deliver engaging sales presentations based on customer needs for products in the wireless and internet departments
• Customize service plans and quotes to fit individual businesses and budgets
• Learn to process orders for customers and follow through on their service satisfaction
• Resolve questions and concerns quickly to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Track sales performance and report on daily, weekly, and monthly metrics
• Manage accounts with detail on all business information ensuring accuracy
• Share valuable customer insights and competitor feedback to continue improve Bilingual Sales Representative

Qualifications

:

• Experience in sales, customer service, enrollment, or a customer-facing role is preferred
• Strong people skills with a confident, professional presence
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to travel locally to the office
• Detail oriented for working with customers and enrolling them in services and products
