Golden Coast Consulting is an Authorized Dealer for AT&T; seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our growing team as AT&T; Sales Associates. This is a full-time, entry-level, in-person position focused on helping residential customers find the best AT&T; products and services to fit their needs through in-person interactions. We offer paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement within our organization. Bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English are strongly encouraged to apply. No prior sales experience is required, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Engaged residential customers face-to-face to explain, recommend, and sell AT&T; products and services.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers through professional and friendly interactions
• Educate customers on wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best AT&T; products and promotions
• Process sales transactions and assist with account setup and upgrades
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Overview

This is a full-time, commission-based position. Sales Associates generally work an average of 40 hours per week in a field-based role, Monday through Friday.

• Location: Miami, FL

Compensation

: Earnings are commission-based, with Sales Associates typically completing at least one customer enrollment per day on average.

• Products & Services: Sales Associates promote AT&T; products and services by educating customers about available offerings, identifying solutions that align with their needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
