Responsibilities

• Run in-home sales appointments with homeowners
• Diagnose exterior home improvement needs and present solutions
• Build value and earn trust in a consultative sales process
• Follow up and close deals
• Track activity through CRM and meet monthly sales goals

• Comfortable working in a 1099 commission-only environment
• Home improvement or in-home sales experience a plus (not required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
