Duties

• Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various devices and plans
• Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash register operations and cash handling
• Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented according to merchandising standards
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments
• Support store operations by managing retail math calculations for transactions and inventory counts Skills
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse customers
• Previous retail sales experience, especially in wireless or electronics environments, is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and cash drawer handling
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and address customer needs confidently
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products through persuasive communication and product demos
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and stock management
• Experience in supervising or leading team activities is a plus but not required
