We're seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing residential sales team in the Raleigh market. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a competitive environment, enjoys coaching others to success, and isn't afraid to lead from the front. We're looking for a true go-gettersomeone who can recruit, train, motivate, and hold a team accountable while also contributing to revenue growth and building a winning sales culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential sales representatives.
• Conduct ride-alongs and field training to improve performance and close rates.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top sales talent.
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline health, and key performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.
• Support sales reps with customer presentations, negotiations, and deal strategy.
• Partner with operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive revenue growth through both insurance restoration and retail sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in roofing, home improvement, restoration, or a related industry.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
• Demonstrated success recruiting and retaining top-performing sales professionals.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• $40,000 base salary + commission
• Earn up to 13% commission on insurance restoration projects.
• Earn up to 15% commission on retail projects.
