About the Role

: We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Territory Manager with clinical expertise as a Medical Assistant in Dermatology to join our dynamic team. No prior healthcare marketing experience necessary. This unique hybrid role allows you to combine your passion for patient care with strategic, relationship-driven territory management. Key Responsibilities

:

• Education & Support: Deliver ongoing education and training to healthcare providers about the benefits of our services and share emerging industry best practices.
• Strategic Execution: Take full ownership of your territory by developing and implementing tailored strategies to meet and exceed regional goals.
• Relationship Building: Identify, engage, and nurture connections with key decision-makers at hospitals, clinics, and physician offices.
• Values Communication: Articulate the unique benefits of our pharmacy services, ensuring healthcare professionals understand our commitment to enhanced patient care.
• Market Analysis: Monitor trends and analyze data to uncover new business opportunities and refine strategic initiatives.
• CRM Management: Maintain detailed, accurate records of client interactions and provider engagement activities using our advanced CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless patient care and optimal service delivery.
• Industry Representation: Represent our brand at key events and meetings, staying updated on industry developments and fostering strong community ties.
• Professional Development & Mentorship: Enhance your skills through ongoing training, mentorship, and collaborative learning with experienced industry professionals.

Qualifications

: Required:

• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Prior experience in Dermatology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent Planning and preparation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory. Preferred:
• Proven history of surpassing performance targets and building strong, lasting relationships.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare provider development, especially in dermatology and/or specialty pharmacy.
• Exposure to healthcare marketing environments.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Key Dermatology account relationships are a plus!
