Job Summary

Robbins Construction is seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Sales Person to help homeowners plan and budget major remodeling projects throughout the Memphis metro area. This position is ideal for someone who has an experienced understanding of residential construction, enjoys meeting with homeowners, and can develop basic project budgets while guiding clients through the early planning stages. Our company is looking for someone extremely knowledgeable about residential construction and is able to communicate that knowledge in a professional and friendly way. This is not an entry level opportunity. The candidate must have years of experience. Typical projects include:

• Home additions
• Covered porches and screened porches
• Attic conversions
• Whole-home renovations
• Outdoor living spaces
• Structural renovations and other major residential remodeling projects Our goal is to provide homeowners with practical advice, accurate budgeting, and a smooth transition from the initial consultation into design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through outside and inside sales channels to identify their remodeling needs and present tailored solutions.
• Conduct detailed consultations to assess project scope, budget, and design preferences
• Develop accurate project proposals, estimates, and quotes.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution from initial sale to completion.
• Maintain thorough client records within CRM systems, track sales activities, follow up on leads, and manage account relationships effectively. Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales within the residential remodeling or construction industry with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of renovation processes, construction techniques, and fixture sales.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals while building lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients with varying levels of understanding; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
