Commercial Roofing Sales Representative Omaha, NE Draw + Uncapped Commission - $225k+ OTE Join a specialist contractor where hunters get paid properly! You will take ownership of the Omaha & Lincoln markets for a long-established commercial contractor that has been operating for over three decades. The business is intentionally shifting its sales culture toward true hunters who generate pipeline, not order takers relying on inbound leads. If you can build relationships, identify opportunities, and close work, the earning potential is significant. Most salespeople earn between $150k - $200k, while the top performers clear $225k. You will have autonomy in the market, operational backing from an experienced team, and the stability of a financially disciplined contractor that recently transitioned to employee ownership.
