We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive growth in the renewable energy sector. Responsibilities

• Actively pursue new sales opportunities through door-to-door outreach, networking events, and lead generation strategies.
• Present and sell solar panels and energy solutions to residential and commercial clients by demonstrating product benefits and technical advantages.
• Conduct client consultations to assess energy needs, provide tailored solutions, and answer technical questions related to solar energy systems.
• Manage customer relationships using CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients, overcoming objections and closing sales effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that attract new prospects and increase brand awareness in local markets.
• Meet or exceed sales goals consistently by leveraging bilingual communication skills (if applicable), technical expertise, and leadership qualities to motivate yourself and team members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, direct sales, or technical sales within the energy or solar industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, solar panels, and energy solutions combined with excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems for lead management and customer tracking.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads through door-to-door outreach or community engagement initiatives.
• Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
• Technical sales experience involving energy solutions or related fields is desirable for understanding product specifications and installation processes.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets through proactive selling techniques and leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients.
