Responsibilities

:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and guide them through our process
• Communicate the value of financial planning in a clear, compelling way
• Follow up with warm leads and referrals to schedule meetings with advisors
• Track and manage outreach, follow-ups, and prospect records in our systems
• Support marketing and educational events by connecting with attendees and booking follow-ups
• Collaborate with advisors to ensure a seamless experience from first contact to onboarding
• Participate in ongoing training to improve communication, systems knowledge, and financial literacy Work Location: In person
