We're Hiring: Front of House Representative Buffalo Car Care Pay Rate: $20+/hour Location: Buffalo Car Care Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week) Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday Buffalo Car Care is looking for a Front of House Representative to be the face of our company! If you're an organized, customer-focused individual with strong communication skills, we'd love to have you on our team.

What You'll Do

: Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional demeanor Manage phone calls , messages, and inquiries with efficiency Coordinate front desk activities , including checking customers in & out Provide service recommendations and answer customer questions Process payments and close out customer repair orders Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area Handle administrative tasks to support daily business operations Other duties and tasks as assigned What We're Looking For: Excellent customer service skills friendly, professional, and helpful Strong communication abilities verbal and written Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Organized and proactive approach to problem-solving Professional appearance and attitude Previous experience in customer service (1+ year preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Perks &
