Ciot is seeking an organized, customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our Detroit team, located in Troy, Michigan. This position plays a vital role in supporting our sales team, assisting customers, and coordinating the activities necessary to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

& Skills

• Experience in tile, stone, flooring, countertops, interior design, or related building-material industries preferred.
• Customer service or sales support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience with ERP or order-entry systems preferred. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, designers, contractors, and builders
• Support the sales team by preparing quotes, sales orders, and customer documentation.
• Coordinate customer communication and follow-up activities.
• Assist with order entry, scheduling, and material coordination.
• Work closely with sales, delivery, and accounting teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information in company systems.
• Provide administrative support to improve sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
