This is a consultative sales role where your primary responsibility is to meet with prospective patients, understand their goals, and enroll them into our weight loss and body transformation programs so they can lose weight, tone their bodies, and reclaim their confidence. Compensation

Base Salary: $70,000/year Uncapped personal commissions with clear tiers, paid monthly on collected revenue: $0$35,000/month: 0% $35,001+/month: 15% Personal quota: $70,000/month in collected revenue Top performers who drive $70,000$100,000+/month in revenue can earn in the $130,000$185,000+ range 2month ramp period with intensive training and coaching so you're set up to win before full expectations kick in! Simple way to think about it: Hit quota and you're around $133k. Push into the top bands and you're in the $170k$190k+ range. After ramp, if you consistently sit well below target, we'll put you on a clear performance improvement plan; if you're still not meeting targets after that, it's a sign this isn't the right seat.

What You'll Do

• Conduct inoffice consultations with new leads and walk them through our program options.
• Build deep rapport, handle objections with empathy, and confidently close sameday consultations.
• Use our proven sales scripts and systems to guide conversations while bringing your unique energy to the process.
• Track performance in our CRM, follow up with prospects, and keep your pipeline moving daily.

• Lead InPerson Consultations That Convert : Meet with prospective clients facetoface, walk them through our programs, and help them identify the path that best aligns with their personal goals.

Qualifications

• Proven Track Record in InPerson, Consultative Sales : Ideally highticket and emotionally driven (aesthetics, wellness, medical, etc.).
