Real Estate Agent Trainee (No Experience Required | Training Provided) Full-Time or Part-Time | Performance-Based Earnings (Commission-Based) Keller Williams Advisors & Pinnacle Group is hiring Real Estate Agents in Cincinnati, West Chester, Mason, and Dayton. If you are considering a career change, recently licensed, or exploring real estate for the first time, this is an opportunity to build a long-term business with the support and training to get started. No prior real estate experience is required. Qualified candidates may also be eligible for a pre-licensing scholarship after completing our KW Prep program. What We Provide

• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively

Compensation

• Commission-based compensation structure
