Responsibilities

: This inside sales role provides support for internal and external customers by identifying and pricing equipment and parts solutions. The goal being to tie together our product offering, leverage vendor relationships, and connect various layers of the Habegger organization in an effort to provide a complete solution to customer projects. The primary duties include:

• Facilitate requests from customers regarding HVAC needs
• Translate plans and specifications into a specific list of equipment/products needed for the job
• Prepare and complete accurate and timely quotes and submittal packages.
• Partner with Territory Managers and Sales Engineers on projects/jobs to maintain customer satisfaction. This includes partnering on sales calls when appropriate.
• Seek out training opportunities to expand product knowledge and understand processes to enhance the customer's experience.
• Answer customer calls and provide a high level of customer service.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Promote a high level of teamwork and communication
• Creating an exceptional customer experience is a top priority

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Residential Multi-Family HVAC experience preferred
• 5 years HVAC Customer Service experience required
• Computer skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Starting Salary between $65K and $75K plus bonus opportunities Habegger is an Equal Opportunity Employer Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
