• Meet with clients in their homes and in the Miami showroom
• Understand client needs, lifestyle, and vision
• Design custom solutions using 3D design software
• Own the full sales process from consultation through close and installation
• Deliver a high-end, white-glove client experience
• Manage and convert your pipeline consistently
• Stay organized, proactive, and results-driven What We're Looking For
• Proven success in consultative or high-touch sales environments
• Strong ability to build trust, influence decisions, and close deals
• Professional, polished communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Comfortable learning design tools and new systems
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Ideal Backgrounds We're especially interested in candidates coming from
• Luxury retail or showroom sales
• Interior design or design-related sales
• Kitchens, baths, flooring, furniture, or home improvement
