Buckeye Better Business Consulting is a direct sales and leadership development firm based in Columbus, Ohio, with 14 years in business and 9 offices nationwide. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Sales Representatives, with a clear path to growing into leadership and eventually becoming a Managing Partner of your own office. We promote from within. Every Managing Partner at Buckeye started as a sales representative, and most reached that position within 1 to 3 years. No Experience necessary. Student mentality necessary. We are hiring a limited number of people this cycle.

Responsibilities

:

• Work assigned leads with home addresses and current service information provided
• Conduct in-person visits with homeowners to present and close residential service offerings
• Complete our in-person sales training program
• Grow into a leadership role, with a path toward becoming a Managing Partner

Compensation

:

• Commissions, uncapped income; top performers earn six figures annually
• Weekly pay
