Territory Sales Representative Hospitality & Design Orlando, FL | Hybrid Opportunity $85,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | $110,000-$120,000+ Total

Potential Are you a design-driven sales professional who understands the power of relationships, aesthetics, and exceptional service? Our client is a nationally recognized organization serving the hospitality, design, and interiors industry and is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow established accounts throughout the Orlando market. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with interior designers, hospitality professionals, purchasing teams, and commercial clients while bringing creative solutions to their projects. This is not a high-volume cold calling role. You will inherit an established territory, build meaningful partnerships, identify opportunities within existing relationships, and serve as a trusted resource for clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow an established territory of hospitality and design-focused accounts
• Develop strong relationships with interior designers, architects, purchasing professionals, hotels, resorts, restaurants, and commercial clients
• Partner with clients to understand project needs and recommend solutions
• Identify opportunities to expand existing business through relationship selling
• Present products, concepts, and solutions that align with client visions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Manage projects and client relationships from initial consultation through completion What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of territory sales, account management, or business development experience
• Background in textiles, fabrics, furniture, flooring, window treatments, interiors, hospitality design, or related industries preferred
• Experience working with interior designers, hospitality groups, architects, or commercial clients a plus
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
• Creative mindset with an appreciation for design, trends, and client experience
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a territory independently
• Professional presence with the ability to work with designers and executive-level clients
• Must live in the Orlando area What We Offer
