TITLE Retail Account ManagerLocation: Dublin, Ohio At Peltier Melzer Marketing, we're in the business of real connections. This is a hands-on, people-first role for someone who thrives on face- to-face interaction and wants to build real skills in sales, marketing, and account management. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11am - 7pm

Compensation

: $700 base salary plus commission

Responsibilities

:

• Represent our clients through face-to-face sales in retail and event settings
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive retention and loyalty
• Manage client accounts and ensure campaign objectives are met
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Deliver excellent customer service at every touchpoint
• Collaborate with the team to hit sales and growth targets Skills We're Looking For:
• Sales and marketing know-how
• Strong customer service instincts
• Customer retention and relationship-building skills
• Account management experience or aptitude
