Join the Brightside Windows Team Brightside Windows is expanding in the Silverdale area and hiring motivated individuals to join our outreach team. This is an entry-level opportunity for people who enjoy working with others, staying active, and building valuable communication and sales skills. No prior experience is required we provide paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities for growth. As a Sales Appointment Setter, you'll work in residential neighborhoods speaking with homeowners, introducing our services, and scheduling appointments for our project specialists.

What You'll Do

• Work in assigned residential neighborhoods throughout the Silverdale area
• Speak with homeowners about energy-efficient window upgrades
• Introduce Brightside Windows services and current offerings
• Schedule free in-home consultations for interested homeowners
• Track daily activity and appointments using your phone

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling and reporting

Compensation

• Training pay of $600 per week when activity requirements are met
• Additional incentives based on performance
