Responsibilities

: - Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces - Demonstrate knowledge of different types of jewelry and their features - Maintain a clean and organized display area - Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Upsell additional jewelry items and accessories to customers - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience

Qualifications

: - Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry sales - Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets - Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport - Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred We offer competitive compensation and opportunities for career growth in the jewelry industry.
