Inside Sales Representative TotalCareIT Brevard County, FL Full Time, On-Site AI can't take your personality away and what could be better than spending your day having business conversations with business people? That's the job. You'll spend your day on the phone with owners and business decision-makers, having real conversations about what's working for them and what isn't. When you find someone we can genuinely help, you put a meeting on the calendar for our outside sales team. You are not selling technology, and you don't need to know anything about IT. We mean that. Your job is to be good at conversations and relentless about getting to the next one. We handle the rest. The Numbers We're straight with you about what this job is, because the right person likes knowing the target. Are as part of our team, that's how we operate. 75 to 100 calls a day , working a prospect list we build for you. You are not cold-guessing who to call 3 to 4 appointments a week set for the outside sales team Everything logged in the CRM, every day. Clean records are part of the work You're not alone, we have weekly call coaching, where we listen to real calls together and others who do what you do, give you advice to make you better. Most calls won't turn into a meeting. That's the math of the job, and it's the same math for everyone who's ever been great at it. What separates the people who thrive here is simple: they don't take it personally, and they make the next call. This Is You You're confident on the phone and you actually like talking to people You're determined. Not I can grit my teeth through it determined. You hear no, and you're already dialing the next number You want your numbers reviewed, because numbers don't lie and yours are good You're coachable. You'd rather be corrected on Tuesday than miss your number on Friday You're organized enough to keep dozens of conversations straight Prior phone or B2B sales experience helps. What You Get $18 to $25 per hour base, depending on experience , paid every two weeks. Your income doesn't ride on a bad month Bonus on every qualified appointment that gets held , with no cap. Hit the 3 to 4 per week target and it adds up fast. Beat it and nobody's going to stop you Realistic total earnings of $60,000 or more a year for a rep who's hitting the target, between base and bonus Your base reflects what you bring. Prior phone or B2B sales experience starts you higher. Newer to sales? You start lower and earn your way up as your numbers prove out Full-time, on-site in Brevard County. Regular business hours.
