Sales Associate - Floor Lead: EventPop is hiring a Sales Associate in Columbus, OH. Duties and Responsibilities

include:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering their queries, and addressing their concerns. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
• Actively engage with customers to promote and sell products or services. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to increase revenue.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being offered. Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate information to customers. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and organized on the sales floor. Replenish stock as needed and maintain accurate inventory records. Keep the sales area clean and presentable.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or other electronic systems. Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment securely. Maintain proper cash drawer balances and reconcile sales at the end of the shift.
• Assist customers with placing orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Coordinate with other departments, such as shipping or inventory, to fulfill orders and resolve any issues that may arise. Sales Associate
