Overview

Sheler Induction is a leader in induction coil design, manufacturing, and refurbishment. As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced Regional Sales Representatives to expand our presence across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. This role is ideal for a proven industrial sales professional who excels at building long-term customer relationships, developing new business, and driving revenue growth in demanding manufacturing environments. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will:

• Have a strong track record in industrial or manufacturing sales
• Be comfortable working on-site at job sites, plants, and manufacturing facilities
• Understand industrial processes and customer requirements
• Be skilled at developing long-term partnerships within the induction tooling industry
• Be self-motivated, relationship-driven, and results-oriented

Qualifications

• Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and craft effective solution sales strategies.
• Experience in business development within manufacturing markets with a focus on deal closing and solution selling techniques.
• Strong communication skills for client relationship management and technical support scenarios.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
