A Business Relations Inside Sales Positon with a Purpose For more than 100 years, the Better Business Bureau has helped consumers identify businesses they can trust while encouraging businesses to operate with integrity. Our Business Relations Representatives play a vital role in that mission by introducing qualified businesses to BBB Accreditation. If you're motivated by helping good businesses stand out, enjoy influencing change, and thrive in a goal-driven environment, we'd love to meet you! This is a base plus commission position.

What You'll Do

• Make approximately 60 outbound calls each day to local businesses.
• Educate business owners about BBB Accreditation and its value.
• Identify businesses that meet BBB standards.
• Guide qualified businesses through the accreditation application process.
• Follow up through phone and email.
• Maintain detailed notes and activity within our CRM.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to continually improve your sales skills.
• Participate in weekly coaching, role-playing, and one-on-one development session What Makes Someone Succesful Here?
