Experienced Roofing Sales Representative (100% Commission) Join a Fast-Growing, Family-Owned Roofing Company R&R; Roofing is a locally owned and operated roofing company based in Hampstead, NC. With more than 20 years of roofing industry experience, our leadership has built a reputation for quality workmanship, honesty, and exceptional customer service. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. If you're a motivated, relationship-driven salesperson who thrives on unlimited earning potential, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• Generate new residential roofing opportunities through networking, referrals, canvassing, and self-generated leads
• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and identify roofing needs
• Educate customers on roofing systems, repair and replacement options, and the insurance claims process when applicable
• Prepare and present estimates using company tools
• Follow up consistently throughout the sales process
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate referrals and positive online reviews
• Work closely with our production team to ensure an outstanding customer experience What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in roofing sales (retail, insurance restoration, or both)
• Established sales skills with a track record of closing roofing projects
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up abilities
• Comfortable climbing roofs and performing inspections
• Knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and common storm damage
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Honest, consultative sales approach focused on earning customer trust
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
