About Krave Gym Krave Gym is a coach-led, science-backed strength and conditioning program where athletes train as a TEAM for the sport of life. Our mission is to help people become stronger, healthier, and more confident through expert coaching, accountability, and a supportive community. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to help drive membership growth, build relationships within the community, and ensure every prospective athlete has an exceptional experience from their first interaction with Krave Gym.

Position Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new memberships, nurturing leads, conducting consultations, and helping prospective athletes find the right training solution for their goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys sales, and is passionate about helping people improve their lives. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable having conversations that lead to enrollment. ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management

• Respond promptly to incoming leads
• Conduct No Sweat Intro consultations
• Guide recruits through the sales process
• Recommend memberships and services based on individual goals
• Follow up consistently with prospective athletes
• Track lead activity and sales metrics using CRM systems
• Meet and exceed monthly membership goals Relationship Building
• Create exceptional first impressions for all prospective athletes
• Build strong relationships with current and future members
• Assist with athlete retention initiatives
• Represent Krave Gym at community events and networking opportunities
• Maintain a positive and welcoming gym atmosphere Administrative

Duties

• Manage appointment scheduling
• Maintain accurate records of leads and memberships
• Assist with membership agreements and onboarding
• Collaborate with coaches and leadership to improve the athlete experience

Qualifications

Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience or a willingness to learn sales systems
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software
• Professional, positive, and energetic attitude Preferred
• Previous sales experience
• Fitness industry experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience working toward sales goals or KPIs
