About us Chancy's Racks is a rapidly growing furniture and auto parts liquidation center in Oxnard. We specialize in high-demand, high-discount goods (Outdoor furniture, Dodge Ram accessories, etc.). We are currently scaling our operations for future national expansion and are looking for 10 high-energy individuals to join our founding team. The Role We are not looking for "cashiers." We are looking for Modern Retail Hustlers. You will be responsible for the entire sales funnelfrom creating viral social media posts to closing deals in-store using our advanced Clover POS system.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Lead Gen: Shoot and post 15+ daily videos/photos on Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, and OfferUp to drive foot traffic.
• In-Store Sales: Greet customers, demonstrate products (e.g., Dodge Ram steps, Patio sets), and convert leads into sales.
• Standardized Operations: Process all transactions strictly through the Clover POS system. Ensure 100% accuracy in inventory and financial reporting.
• Reputation Management: Encourage customers to leave Google/Yelp reviews to build brand authority.
• Inventory Control: Assist in unboxing, labeling, and organizing warehouse stock to maintain a 0% loss rate.

Requirements

• Social Media Savvy: You know how to make a product look "must-have" on a smartphone screen.
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish is highly preferred (to serve our diverse Oxnard community).
• Integrity: We have a zero-tolerance policy for off-book/cash-only transactions. Every penny must go through the system.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable moving furniture and light lifting as needed.

Compensation

: $17.50 - $19.00 / Hour Base + Uncapped Commission (Expected OTE: $25 - $40/hr) Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour Education:
