Overview

: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Equipment Rental Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing equipment rentals, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

: - Handle rental inquiries, reservations, and contracts - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers - Coordinate equipment availability and delivery schedules - Process rental orders accurately and efficiently - Maintain rental inventory and ensure equipment is in good working condition - Assist customers with equipment setup and operation - Resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional manner - Utilize sales techniques to promote additional products or services

Requirements

: - Strong organizational skills to manage rental schedules and inventory - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and reporting - Sales experience to drive rental revenue and meet targets - Ability to research market trends, negotiate pricing, and upsell services - Exceptional customer service skills to build client relationships - Knowledge of retail math for pricing calculations and discounts - Previous experience in sales management is a plus Join our team as an Equipment Rental Specialist and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills in sales, customer service, and organization will contribute to our success.
