Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated In-Home Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth through personalized customer interactions. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients directly in their homes, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their living spaces. Your expertise in sales, renovation, will help transform customer visions into reality while building lasting relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your outside sales skills and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs related to Replacement Windows and Doors
• Measure window and doors and provide precise project estimates
• Negotiate pricing, project scope, and terms with clients to close deals effectively
• Manage account details, follow-up communications, and project timelines to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure project specifications are met and quality standards are maintained
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using POS systems and organizational tools

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, construction sales, or retail sales , rv or automotive sales with a focus on high-end products or remodeling projects
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English; multilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to perform inside sales activities such as product demos, customer service, and upselling techniques
• Organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and project details efficiently
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to close deals effectively while providing exceptional customer service. Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
