Custom Built Homes of the Carolinas is looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a great amount of actual Sales Experience for our Hampstead, North Carolina location! We are a very successful custom modular home company providing dream homes for many across Eastern North Carolina. Your schedule will consist of 5 days per week, a normal work week is 44 hours per week, and you have 1 day off during the week. We are also closed on Sundays. Saturdays are a must. If you have the following qualifications and would like to make a minimum of $80,000 to $180,000 per year, please email us with your resume or come into visit us face to face! 1. Personality traits that best fit this job are very organized, patient, trainable, and charismatic with a good memory! 3. You must have a minimum of 5 years of Sales Experience. 4. You must be capable to work with a computer day in and day out to include: a. Typing and Sending Emails b. Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Paint, Microsoft Excel, Google Calendar, and other basic computer programs. 5. You must be very good at communicating with clients and building relationships in a face-to-face environment as well as over the phone. 6. Any experience with home building, home sales, real estate, para legal, or mortgage experience would be a huge asset. 7.
