Full description of the position

We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to manage listing quality, CRM accuracy, and coordination between buyers and sellers. This role is responsible for keeping our listings accurate, complete, and up to date, while coordinating between buyers and sellers to move deals forward. This role is highly detail and process driven, with a strong focus on data accuracy and follow up. What This Role Will Own: Listings & Data Quality

• Review and QA machine listings for accuracy and completeness
• Identify missing information, photos, or details
• Update and maintain listings to ensure consistency and quality Seller Coordination
• Follow up with sellers to gather missing details
• Ask clear, direct questions to get complete information
• Ensure timely responses and keep conversations moving Buyer Support
• Track buyer questions and requests
• Coordinate with sellers to get answers quickly
• Ensure buyers receive accurate and complete information What It Takes to Succeed
• 2+ years in administrative, sales support, or coordination roles
• Strong attention to detail (you catch missing or inconsistent information)
• Comfortable following up persistently without dropping the ball
• Clear, direct communication (especially when gathering information)
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple threads at once
• Able to operate independently and keep things moving without reminders If you're someone who follows through, stays organized, and doesn't let things slip, we'd like to hear from you. Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
