Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance and personalized service
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to showcase listings effectively
• Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for all parties involved
• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels including digital platforms and social media
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets, property laws, Fair Housing regulations, and industry best practices
• Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, organizing documentation, and coordinating property management activities when applicable
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, clear communication skills, and consistent follow-up Skills
