We are seeking a confident and motivated Farmers Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in a full- time role. In this position, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products while building strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. Compensation

for this position starts with a base salary of $4,000 per month plus commission. Entry-level producers can expect to earn an additional $1,000 to $2,000 per month in commission during their first year, with even greater earning potential in the second year as your experience grows. Requirements

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years prior sales experience is preferred.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Successful sales background.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
