Full description of the position

To perform inside sales activities including shipping coordination, customer service, freight management, invoicing, and data file/test report administration. Primary

Responsibilities

• Update ICIM with information related to incoming goods.
• Assist with traffic coordination and provide coverage when needed.
• Support customer service by providing order status updates and tracking information.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of data files and test reports to customers.
• Prepare and send invoices to customers and agents on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain sales orders in ICIM.
• Send order acknowledgements to agents and customers.
• Ensure incoming goods statuses are current in ICIM.
• Provide backup support for the Inside Sales Administrator in order processing.
• Provide backup support for the Traffic Administrator in shipping procedures.
• Maintain competence, awareness, and compliance as job responsibilities evolve.
• Collaborate effectively with the Sales and Marketing team and Ritz management to produce high-quality, accurate work.
• Use company time productively and refrain from personal business unless approved by a supervisor.
• Ensure all work is accurate and of high quality.
• Handle all Ritz and customer information with strict confidentiality.
• Adhere to company office policies and procedures.
• Notify your supervisor promptly of any issues affecting job performance or requirements.
• Proficiently use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and ICIM.
• Process email requests from agents, customers, and other Ritz personnel in a timely and accurate manner.
• Refrain from discussing personal matters or confidential information about customers, employees, or vendors outside of Ritz management.
