Position Title: Inside Sales Support Manager Location: Sterling, Virginia Classification: Non-Exempt Status: Full Time, Direct Hire Reports to: VP, Sales Development Officer Jones Networking is recruiting for a Sales Support Manager to join the corporate office of a well-established manufacturing company with domestic and international facilities. Position Summary

: -Identify process improvements to reduce errors and minimize business risks -Partner with the Sales, Logistics, Planning, QA, Business Operations, HR, Accounting, and Culinary teams to meet and streamline coordination process -Manage process to set up and maintain pricing contracts -Update, maintain, and review price lists based on established pricing structures in various customer platforms -Maintain and manage Customer Classifications, Price Groups, Pricing/R&D; Requests and other sales-related processes in CRM/ERP systems -Provide customer sales reports, sales forecasts, and budgets for assigned sales channels -Prepare reports on sales KPI's and progress toward goals for Sales Account Managers, which may include gathering data from multiple sources such as customer records, ordering patterns and/or marketing campaigns -Generate ad hoc reports for management review as requested -Provide overall escalation support when needed to the Sales Support Team for issues that require operational improvements from other teams -Manage the team's schedule to ensure they are meeting daily and weekly goals -Ensures the team stays compliant with company policies and procedures -Establish sales-related goals and quotas for team members, providing training in established SOP's, and regularly reviewing Sales Support Team's performance to identify trends and potential improvements and efficiencies in deliverables

Qualifications

Summary: - Minimum three years progressive experience serving in a sales support role -Minimum one year experience supervising a team of 5+ employees -Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related field required -Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Excel -Ability to analyze goals, interpret needs, and support requests from multiple Sales Teams -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Great organizational skills and comfortable managing internal and external customer communications jonesnet.com Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
