No Cold Calling Required. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is hiring an Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing team in Wilmington. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and earning commission for your results, this could be the perfect career for you. Unlike many sales positions, every customer contacts us first. You'll answer inbound calls, provide moving estimates, recommend services, and help customers through one of life's biggest transitions. No prospecting. No cold calling. No door knocking. Compensation

• Base Salary: $35,000 annually
• Additional Earnings Include:
• Commission on every personal sale
• Up to 7.5% commission on select products
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Customer satisfaction bonuses
• Top performers regularly earn $55,000+ annually.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls and online inquiries
• Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
• Recommend moving services based on customer needs
• Prepare accurate moving estimates using company software
• Schedule moves and coordinate customer information
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
• Resolve customer questions professionally and efficiently
• Consistently achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals What We're Looking For
• At least one year of sales or customer service experience
• Inbound sales, inside sales, call center, retail sales, or customer support experience preferred
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable asking for the sale and closing business
• Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
• Organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
