Full description of the position

Purpose: Support K&M; Branch operations by building relationships with existing and new customers, by accurately providing all needed material in a timely fashion, with a positive attitude towards customers and coworkers.

Duties and Responsibilities

: Take Will Call orders over the counter and phone Build customer relationships for repeat business opportunities Help receive and organize Transfer Order material Quote orders and follow up with customers (ask for the business) Ensure material cycle counts are completed in a timely manner Cash reconciliations and credit card batch reports at end-of-day Deliver material to customer shops and job sites as needed Clean and tidy up front counter area as needed
