Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Hot Tub Sales Consultants to join our growing team serving customers from Myrtle Beach, SC to Wilmington, NC. As a Hot Tub Sales Consultant, you will help customers design their ideal backyard experience by guiding them through the process of selecting the right hot tub or swim spa for their lifestyle, needs, and budget. You will provide product knowledge, build relationships with customers, and deliver an exceptional buying experience from consultation through purchase. This position offers strong earning potential for individuals who are driven, enjoy working with people, and want to build a successful career in sales consulting. Hot tub sales experience preferred but not required. We provide training on our products, sales process, and customer experience standards. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the right hot tub or swim spa. Learn and communicate product features, benefits, and options. Provide excellent customer service and create a positive buying experience. Follow up with leads and guide customers through the sales process. Participate in Home Shows, Community events, expos, and promotional events throughout the Myrtle Beach, SC to Wilmington, NC area. Maintain showroom and event displays. Work toward individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic. Ability to build trust and relationships with customers. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for events. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
