Business Growth Partner Revenue Share Opportunity Unlimited Income Potential | No Salary Cap | Build Something Big JnD Services is looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Business Growth Partner to help take our company to the next level. This isn't just another sales job. We're looking for someone who wants to help build a business, create opportunities, and be rewarded for the growth they help produce. Your Mission

• Generate new business through networking and relationship building.
• Develop partnerships with Realtors, property managers, contractors, restoration companies, investors, HOAs, and commercial property owners.
• Help expand our brand throughout Brevard and Indian River Counties.
• Create marketing opportunities that generate long-term revenue.
• Represent JnD Services in the community and at networking events.

Compensation

This is a Revenue Share opportunity, not an hourly or salaried position. You'll earn 10% of every gross ticket sale while actively serving as our Business Growth Partner. As the company reaches consistent profitability, positive cash flow, and sustained growth, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a long-term Revenue Share Partner, participating in 10% of the company's gross revenue. This transition will be based on mutually agreed-upon performance and company growth milestones. There is no cap on your earning potential. The more you help grow the company, the more you earn. We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Loves meeting people and building relationships.
• Is self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
• Thinks like an owner.
• Wants to build a long-term business instead of simply collecting a paycheck.
