Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential roofing sales representatives
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and execution
• Recruit, train, and onboard top-performing sales talent
• Establish sales goals, track performance metrics, and improve team results
• Provide ongoing coaching, field support, and sales development
• Build strong relationships with homeowners and ensure a best-in-class customer experience
• Partner with leadership to expand market presence throughout Central Florida

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing residential sales teams
