Valoran Roofing & Restoration is a locally owned roofing and restoration company serving Wilmington and the surrounding coastal communities. We're looking for an experienced roofing sales professional who wants the opportunity to build their own book of business while being supported by ownership that understands both roofing and insurance claims. You won't be working for a company where sales reps are left to figure everything out on their own. Valoran is owned and operated by someone who has spent years on both sides of the table; roofing and insurance adjusting. That means when you bring in a storm claim or insurance-related project, you have direct access to an owner who can review scopes, write supplements, identify missing items, document damages, and communicate with insurance carriers when needed. Instead of getting tied up in paperwork and claim issues, you can stay focused on what you do best; building relationships, closing jobs, and growing your income. Our goal is simple: Give experienced sales professionals the support, tools, and freedom they need to succeed while building something meaningful together. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior roofing sales experience required
• Self-motivated with the ability to generate your own opportunities
• Strong communicator who builds trust with homeowners and property managers
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable transportation and ability to safely perform roof inspections RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate and manage roofing leads and opportunities
• Conduct roof inspections and meet with homeowners
• Build and maintain community relationships
• Keep customers informed throughout the sales process
• Represent Valoran professionally in the field WHY VALORAN
• Work directly with an owner who understands roofing and insurance-estimates, supplements, and carrier pushback are handled, not your problem.
• Competitive pay structure:
• 10% commission on the total contracted value of company-generated projects.
• 14% commission on the total contracted value of self-generated projects.
• No cap on earnings.
• Drone inspection capability for faster, safer assessments that support stronger claims documentation.
• Flexible schedule. You manage your own time and territory.
