We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Must have 4-40 or 2-20 License. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. This role involves engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience through effective problem-solving and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided.
• Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or resolve issues proactively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to manage documentation and reporting tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while interacting with customers, ensuring a professional demeanor at all times.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience. Experience
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage in communicating effectively with diverse clients.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
